BIN LADEN Dead Meat (Terrorism of Animals) Pictures, 9-11, President Obama, Factory Farms

From NYC born/raised, I believe our daily abuse of mammals is worst than rare attacks. Today alone more animals were tortured to death than all of 9-11 and by terrorists ever. Factory Farms ore meat also is the leading killer in Humans too – our heath care system, environment that we rely on and even world hunger. Every 10lbs of corn or grains we feed an animal only yields about 1 lb of flesh. So while humans go hungry force bred animals well fed. To reduce inefficiencies they are cruely kept in tiny cages so they cannot exercise and get fat – fatty flesh is worst for you too especially with all the hormones, steriods and antibiotics to prevent disease outbreaks in such unsanitary conditions – all unncessary cooked flesh. Human Rights are Animal Rights see Obama’s VeganOutreach.org Video speech. Nuclear Weapons are a real threat to us all though.

Serotonin Mental Health Helpful Information

Serotonin: 9 Questions and Answers By Colette Bouchez Web MD FeatureReviewed by Brunilda Nazario, MD1. What is serotonin? Serotonin is a neurotransmitter, a type of chemical that helps relay signals from one area of the brain to another. Although serotonin is manufactured in the brain, where it performs its primary functions, some 90% of our serotonin supply is found in the digestive tract and in blood platelets. The average adult has between five and 10 milligrams of serotonin in the body. 2. How is serotonin made? Serotonin is made via a unique biochemical conversion process. It begins with tryptophan, a building block to proteins. Cells that make serotonin use tryptophan hydroxylase, a chemical reactor which, when combined with tryptophan, forms 5-hydoxytryptamine, otherwise known as serotonin. 3. What role does serotonin play in our health? As a neurotransmitter, serotonin helps to relay messages from one area of the brain to another. Because of the widespread distribution of its cells, it is believed to influence a variety of psychological and other body functions. Of the approximately 40 million brain cells, most are influenced either directly or indirectly by serotonin. This includes brain cells related to mood, sexual desire and function, appetite, sleep, memory and learning, temperature regulation, and some social behavior. In terms of our body function, serotonin can also affect the functioning of our heart, muscles, and various elements in the endocrine system

It’s a problem for Tennessee farmers who produce our top commodity — beef cattle. Insects such as flies cause serious health problems for their animals, and reduce product quality for consumers.

Plant-Based Nutrients vs Animal Based Nutrients In Food by EVOLVE! Campaigns

So many people think that eating solely plant-based foods is not healthy and are still convinced that meat, dairy, fish and eggs are a necessary part of our diet. Often when they learn that somebody is vegan the immediate reaction is to question how on earth they get their nutrients from plants. But as this video shows, by eating a varied diet containing plenty of fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and wholegrains, it is extremely easy to get all the nutrients we require – and more goodness besides – with the added bonus that plant-based foods contain no saturated animal fat, no cholesterol and none of the acidifying effects of animal derived foods. *Please note that we have missed out Vitamin D as adequate amounts can be obtained from exposure to sunlight and also vitamin E as plant based sources are naturally significantly higher than animal derived sources.
